Data importation

Our team is well versed in importing many types of information from custom and commercial software packages. In fact we've already written import tools for many standard formats.

But if your data is not in a standard format, it is highly likely we can import it in an accurate and cost-effective manner.

Data exportation

And you can also export your data from iCarol into a variety of other formats, like .CSV and XML. If any of those aren't what you need, we'd also be happy to explore formats that work best for whatever other system you need to work with.

Manual, batched, or real-time data transfer

For either import or export, the iCarol platform is very capable of exchanging information either on a one-time or ongoing basis. In fact, if the vendor of other software systems participates in the project, we can even set up real-time transfer of data, to or from iCarol.
